The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Almost done listening to this book.  If you can't reach me I have headphones plugged in....  My drive to and from work this week was a suspenseful and often times cringing ordeal.   Got thru the rough part of who did it and what happened, now into the wrapping up.  I love Lisbeth Salander and Mikial.  What a great book.  I am going to now down load The Girl who Plays with Fire by Stieg Larrson.

This week has been a difficult week with Daylight Savings Time.  This morning being my day off I slept in a bit but need much more sleep.  Why can't we stay in one time zone?

But the best part of the week is March MADNESS has begun.  One of my favorite times of the year.

 I am really wanting to see my grandson.

For my laptop

I found this fabric on sale and it just called me.  Didn't know what I was going to make with it but really liked this cotton fabric.   I made something for me, for my laptop.  I used quilting batting to give it a little form and softness.

I am debating whether I like the buttons or whether I want to do some beading on outer edge.  But since it is done at this stage it will probably stay with buttons.

Dinosaurs

E is sitting up on his own.  He is such a happy and cute little boy.

Ok I made E another T-shirt.  His mom, A, and I went to Jackmans Fabric store in St Louis.  A found this dinosaur fabric.  She suggested a toy that I haven't started yet and she also mention using the dinosaurs as applique.  A has such great ideas and then I get to create.  For this I used ribbon and yarn for the spikes on the dinosaurs.

 This was so much fun to make.
